IKEA vitality launch Amsterdam :: X Bank

Last week my friend Lonneke and I, had the opportunity to attend the #ikeavitality event in Amsterdam, where 5 new limited collections had been presented.
Ikea, through these limited collections {all made in collaboration with designers all over the world}, wants to bring something unexpected and different from the usual production, but still based on the same idea to offer good design for everyone. During the event we had the chance to meet some of the designers involved in these five collections. Two of them are already in my wishlist: GLÖDANDE, designed by Walter Van Beirendonck {super colorful, playful and dreamlike} and VIKTIGT, by Ingegerd Råman {natural, pure and essential}.
Luckily we don't have to wait too long: they will be available in april and june.
The other collections presented were GILTIG from the fashion designers Katie Eary, IKEA Art event 2016 {Tanya Long was present at the event} and ANVÄNDBAR, a collection about sustainability and how to be more conscious in our homes.

La scorsa settimana la mia amica Lonneke ed io, abbiamo avuto l'opportunità di partecipare all'evento #ikeavitality ad Amsterdam, dove sono state presentate 5 nuove collezioni.
Ikea, attraverso queste collezioni in edizione limitata {tutte realizzate in collaborazione con designer di tutto il mondo}, vuole portare qualcosa di inaspettato e diverso dalla solita produzione, ma sempre basato sulla stessa idea di offrire del buon design per tutti. Durante l'evento abbiamo avuto la possibilità di incontrare alcuni dei designer coinvolti in questi cinque collezioni. Due di loro sono già nella mia lista dei desideri: GLÖDANDE, disegnata da Walter Van Beirendonck {super-colorata, giocosa e onirica} e VIKTIGT, di Ingegerd Råman {naturale, pura ed essenziale}.
Per fortuna non dobbiamo aspettare troppo a lungo: le collezioni saranno disponibili in aprile e giugno.
Le altre collezioni presentate sono state GILTIG della fashion designer Katie Eary, IKEA Art event 2016 {Tanya Long era presente all'evento} e ANVÄNDBAR, una collezione che ha come principio base la sostenibilità e come essere più consapevoli dell'ambiente nelle nostre case.
