Patio update 2016 #1 :: to do list

I think it's finally time to reopen an old file.. the patio!
Every year I start with the best intentions,but then something new takes over and I have to postpone. Not this year! 
First of all I have to paint A LOT, the gate and some of the furnitures, to make them more cohesive and well balanced. The color palette is similar to the one I have inside: turquoise, peacock blue, yellow and bright pink with icy white.
So, here the inspirations and the works to do:
1. paint the gate and the shed {icy white};
2. paint the red Fermob bench {turquoise};
3. paint the orange chair {pink};
4. paint some tiles using the colours above;
5. add some colourful details in the same palette here and there;
6. add a curtain for the door of the laundry room;
7. change the plastic rugs {that are now a bit old and discolored};
8. add some plants where needed.
Well, it seems I have some works to do, isn't it?


Penso che sia finalmente giunto il momento di riaprire un vecchio file..il patio!
Ogni anno inizio con le migliori intenzioni, ma poi qualcosa di nuovo prende il sopravvento e devo rimandare. Non quest'anno!
Prima di tutto devo dipingere UN SACCO, il portone e alcuni degli arredi, per renderli più coesi e ben equilibrati. La palette dei colori è simile a quella che ho all'interno: turchese, blu pavone, giallo e rosa acceso con bianco ghiaccio.
Quindi, ecco le ispirazioni e le cose da fare:
1. dipingere il portone e il capanno {bianco ghiaccio};
2. dipingere la panca Fermob rossa {turchese};
3. dipingere la sedia arancione {rosa};
4. dipingere alcune piastrelle utilizzando i colori sopra;
5. aggiungere altri dettagli colorati qua e là nella stessa palette;
6. aggiungere una tenda per la porta della lavanderia;
7. cambiare i tappeti in plastica {che ora sono un po' vecchi e scoloriti};
8. aggiungere alcune piante dove necessario.
Beh, a quanto pare ho alcuni lavori da fare, non è vero?
