My birthday // Birthday present #6 :: Lotta from Stockholm

Today is my birthday. I'm happy because I decided to spend it it with Alberto, just the two of us in Amsterdam {like the old time!}, but we already started yesterday,  with a small party with Enea and with some close friends.
I always liked my birthday, the cake, the laughs, the friends all together to celebrate. Every year I think about what I've done in the year that just passed, the challenges, the rewards, the joyful moments and the sad ones.
And now I'm here once again, 35 years on my shoulders, 35 happy years, I can't complain. I wonder where I'm going, which path I'm going to take, how many steps I have in front of me. Better to start walking.


Oggi è il mio compleanno. Sono contenta perché ho deciso di passarlo con Alberto, solo noi due ad Amsterdam {come ai vecchi tempi!}, ma in realtà abbiamo già iniziato ieri, con una piccola festa con Enea e con alcuni amici stretti.
Mi è sempre piaciuto il mio compleanno, la torta, le risate, gli amici tutti insieme per festeggiare. Ogni anno penso a quello che ho fatto l'anno che è appena passato, le sfide, le vittorie, i momenti di gioia e quelli tristi.
E ora sono qui, ancora una volta, 35 anni sulle spalle, 35 anni felici, non posso lamentarmi. Mi chiedo dove sto andando, quale percorso ho intenzione di prendere, quanti passi ho di fronte a me. Meglio iniziare a camminare.
